The collection contains records from the administrations of Presidents James W. Crabtree (1911-1917), Jesse H. Ames (1917-1946), Eugene H. Kleinpell (1946-1967), Interim President Richard J. Delorit (1967-1968), President/Chancellor George Field (1968-1985) and Chancellor Gary A. Thibodeau (1985-2000).
